What is

Grist?

Grist, is defined as "grain that's used to make flour". But we love the metaphor "a grist for the mill": a useful experience, material, or knowledge.

Here at Grist, we wanted to be more than a restaurant. Our goal is to provide meals full of flavor and perfectly executed technique. If you're not dining in, take some of our freshly rolled pasta, sauce, and a loaf of bread home for a quick and delicious meal (go ahead and take all the credit)! Wanna know our secrets? We don't have any! We'll tell you everything you want to know in our cooking classes.
